Nursing is an exciting profession, but with the levels of interest, there is still a sheer level of challenges that are encountered in the nursing environment. Thus, by writing a reflective practice essay, I would identify the strategies that are applicable and variable to be applied when challenges are encountered as I change from the trained nurse to a Graduate nurse.
